The yacht is owned by a Limited Liability Corporation and divided into weekly memberships. Each membership gives the owner one week of cruising time aboard the yacht each year for five years and owners can purchase one or multiple.

You'll receive the services of a professional captain and gourmet chef, both experienced charter crew hand picked by The Moorings, plus a dedicated concierge service.  In addition, The Moorings manages the scheduling, insurance and maintenance issues.

After 5 years the yacht is sold and proceeds distributed between the owners and the LLC is dissolved. Depending on individual situations, owners may take advantage of tax deductions from the investment and the operation of the Yacht, pro rata of the number of units owned.
